For any show Viejas Entertainment promotes, ticket refunds are available at point of purchase.

- Viejas Gift Shop open Sunday - Thursday 9am - 11pm & Friday - Saturday 9am - 1am.
- Cash and credit cards accepted at the box office & gift shop. A $2.50 service fee applied to each ticket when using a credit card.
- Due to the increased cost for re-printing PrintPass (print at home tickets), there will be a $5.00 service charge to re-print tickets at our venue(s).
- Will Call is located at the venue(s) entrance.
- Tickets may be purchased on non-show days at the Viejas Gift Shop inside the casino.
- Accessible seating available and easily accessible from main entrance.
- No refunds. Rain or shine. No Cameras or recording equipment. No pets, lawn chairs, containers, food or beverage of any kind. All patrons subject to search upon entry. Everyone must have a ticket.
